This project involved the construction of a new Learning Centre at the Welsh College of Horticulture in Northop. We worked along side Anwyl Construction and this building was
awarded the County and regional winner for the best educational building.
Haltec provided the following services to complete the project:
- Detailed Structural Specification and design
- Superstructure design
- Foundation Design – Vibro compaction scheme to avoid piling and minimise excavated material
- Site investigation
- Design of rain water harvesting system
- BREEAM excellent rating
