Set in 30 acres this Grade II listed private house built in 1874 by Thomas Wyatt. Measuring 12,900 sq feet it consists of 12 large bedrooms, an array of reception rooms, service quarters, kitchens, larders and even a safe and strong room. The house had been neglected for some time and was in desperate need of restoration. The brief included the construction of a swimming pool and leisure facility, new garage design and various structural alterations to the original Grade II listed building.
