Livingstone Place development will provide 83 new dwellings on completion, based on the outskirts of the historical town of St. Asaph.
Coupled with newly built housing, the development also includes the converted former historic Workhouse or the more recent H.M.Stanley hospital providing individually designed bespoke apartments.
Haltec provided the following services to complete the project:

- Section 38 & 278 Highways design
