This project was the high specification residential refurbishment of a listed historic mill building, dating back to 1600. Haltec were also involved in the survey of Old Castle Hall itself, and also the refurbishment of two other associated estate buildings.
Haltec provided the following services to complete the project:

- Initial condition surveys
