Pool Park is an elegant mock-Tudor style manor house that still stands today was constructed in 1862 for the second Lord Bagot. The job involved proposals for the restoration of the Grade II Listed building.
This project involved the conversions of 6 existing buildings including the existing care home and the construction of 2 new apartment blocks and new residential houses for the elderly.
