This project involved the construction of 10 new apartment blocks and the refurbishment of an existing listed building.
Haltec provided the following services to complete the project:
- Partial dismantling of listed Twyfords Offices
- Under pinning central section and reconstruction of two wings
- Retention scaffolding required
- Agreements with English Heritage
- Refurbishment of bottle kilns
- Construction of new apartment blocks on remediated site to rear
